Returns: For personal development programs and services, you have the right to request a return within 14 days from the start date of the program.
Refund: A full refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the return request, provided that the request is made within the first 14 days of the program start date. After this period, refunds will no longer be available.
Exceptions:
No returns or refunds can be made after the first week of participation in purchased programs.
