In the spring of 2022, Diana was reaching the final stage of an extraordinary journey: completing her Executive MBA at Hult International Business School in the United States. The year had been filled with challenges, yet also moments of clarity and inspiration. Just three months before graduation, on a radiant spring day, Diana felt a spark that ignited a new vision: to create coaching journeys designed to inspire personal growth and career exploration in young people . At the same time, she was working with her peers at Hult on an intensive six-month research project focused on Generations Z and Alpha. This project demanded dedication and discipline, often requiring over six hours of focused effort each day. Despite the pace and pressure, every step was intentional and filled with purpose. Through it all, one vision remained constant — to build something meaningful that would empower young people to discover their strengths, embrace their passions, gain clarity, and confidently shape a future that not only inspires them, but truly resonates with who they are.
On a beautiful day, something truly special happened. On the very same day that the idea of creating inspiring coaching journeys for young people began to take shape, Diana received a priceless gift from God: a baby girl. Words of gratitude and deep thankfulness flowed from her soul to the Divine, and in that sacred moment, Diana experienced a profound clarity — this was her calling, her life’s mission: to guide and support children and young people on their journey of growth and success.
Throughout this heartfelt journey, her daughter became a constant source of inspiration. As the little one grew and blossomed within her womb, Diana was shaping and refining the coaching journeys for young people with passion and dedication — journeys that would soon become the foundation of the career hub. From the moment she became a mother, the vision of creating coaching journeys for parents also began to take form, as she realised how vital and deeply meaningful their role is in guiding and supporting their children.
After a year filled with patience, learning, and growth, Diana fulfilled her dream: to create the first coaching hub for young people and parents in Dubai. This journey has been one of emotion and dedication, of hope and joyful laughter — and today, the hub shines like a star in the sky of personal growth and career inspiration in our country.
