DIANA MORARU?
Diana Moraru is a true source of inspiration! Based in London for over 11 years, Diana is a human resources expert, international career mentor, continuous professional development coach, GC Index® Partner, and a dedicated GCologist who shares her wisdom with those looking to reinvent themselves and grow with confidence.
She is the founder of the ICCAREERHUB COACHING and her mission is to build trust and foster transparent, meaningful relationships with everyone she meets. Diana not only helps individuals discover their career path, but also empowers them to make the best decisions for their personal and professional journey.
What truly sets Diana apart is her honest and authentic approach. She takes full responsibility for her actions, communicates with integrity, and always keeps her promises.
In addition, Diana has been an Associate Member of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in London since 2015. In September 2018, she was appointed as a Mentoring Ambassador for the CIPD’s Steps Ahead programme in the UK. As an Ambassador, Diana actively promotes the Steps Ahead programme within Job Centre Plus, an institution under the UK Government’s Department for Work and Pensions. She regularly engages with Work Coaches and Engagement Advisors to ensure there is a strong network of mentors available for individuals seeking employment across the UK.
But her true passion is helping children, young people, parents and those on extended career breaks to get back into the workforce and discover their passions. Diana works as a mentor for Steps Ahead Mentoring, providing mentoring sessions to job seekers in the UK who want to build a career based on their passions.
With extensive experience in human resources gained within major corporations in London—such as the Bank of China, BTPSM (the largest pension company in the UK), and Oliver Wyman—Diana has delivered over 4,000 career coaching and mentoring sessions for a wide range of individuals, from teenagers to senior executives. She has successfully guided many young people with no previous experience to secure jobs in top companies like Amazon and Facebook. Additionally, she has supported hundreds of professionals in preparing for international job interviews and crafting outstanding CVs, helping them land the roles they truly desired and deserved.
Diana is the founder of the brand International Coaching Solutions, through which she designs and delivers impactful projects, workshops, and masterclasses on a wide range of career and HR-related topics, both in the UK and internationally. With a personalised, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach, she builds sustainable success models and empowers individuals to discover their strengths, clarify their goals, and unlock their full potential.
She holds a diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy in London and is a certified NLP Practitioner. Diana also earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Kingston University, a Master’s in Business Management and Development from Babeș-Bolyai University, and an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School in the United States. She is also accredited in DISC profiling and the Young People Index.
In addition to all these accomplishments, Diana is the producer and host of the podcast Career Backstage. The podcast offers practical, action-oriented advice on how to manage your career and make better choices for your professional future. Through thoughtful conversations and expert insights, Career Backstage aims to empower listeners to navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity.
During her Executive MBA studies, Diana founded the Career Coaching and Building Smart Networking club at Hult International Business School. As part of this initiative, she created a supportive space where students could receive mentoring and career coaching, while also taking part in engaging and insightful workshops and masterclasses on a wide range of career development topics. She played a key role in organising and leading a series of Round Table discussions with top employers across various industries, with the purpose of building meaningful connections between students and potential future employers. Her work empowered many students to approach their careers with confidence, clarity and purpose.
