To use certain features (such as accessing modules and/or programs), you must create a User Account, for which we must collect and store your email address, password, first name, last name, and account settings. As you use various features on our website, you may be asked to provide additional information, including your occupation, photo, date of birth, skills you are interested in, and phone number, mailing address.

If you make purchases, we collect certain information about your purchase (such as your full name, phone number, billing address, and zip code) that is necessary to process your order and that you may choose to save for future orders. You must provide certain payment and billing information directly to our payment service providers, including your name, credit/debit card information, billing address, and zip code. We may also receive limited information, such as whether you have a new card and the last four digits of the card number, from your payment service providers to facilitate payments. There is the possibility of having recorded sessions or participating in various interviews. With the consent of third parties, interviews, photos, videos or test results may be posted on the official INTERGENERATIONAL AND CROSS-CULTURAL CAREER HUB (ICCAREERHUB) social media pages.
