DISC personality test

The DISC personality system is often described as a universal language of behaviour. Behavioural studies show that traits can be grouped into four main categories. People with similar styles tend to display characteristic behaviours specific to that style, and everyone shares these four styles to varying degrees of intensity. The acronym DISC represents the four personality styles, each corresponding to a letter:

D = Dominant

I = Influencing

S = Steady

C = Compliant
